Główne kierunki restrukturyzacji sektora mleczarskiego w regionie rozważono na tle krajowej strategii rozwoju mleczarstwa oraz programów rozwoju województwa dolnośląskiego. (abstrakt oryginalny)

The main task of the work is to evaluate changes which take place in the dairy sector in Lower Silesia. The work points to the necessity and directions of the intensification of milk production and distribution in the region. Any positive changes in this area require including the strategy of the dairy industry development in the main goals of the province's development strategy. The restructuring of the dairy industry, in order to accord with the European Union requirements, is impossible.without external financial help. (original abstract)
