Abstrakty

W artykule na podstawie studiów literaturowych dokonano krótkiego przeglądu form samorządności rolników we Francji i w Republice Federalnej Niemiec. Stwierdzono, że istotę francuskiej samorządności rolniczej najpełniej oddają izby rolnicze o strukturze trójstopniowej - departamentalne izby rolnicze, regionalne izby rolnicze i Stałe Zgromadzenie Izb Rolniczych, czyli Izba Centralna, stanowiąca strukturę krajową, w Niemczech zaś Niemiecki Związek Chłopski oraz Izba Rolnicza. Agricultural chambers in Germany have a very rich tradition, and at present a substantion significance in agricultural managment. The German agricultural self - goverment is best illustrated by two organizations - the largest and the most important - the German Peasant Association (Der Deutscher Baurnverdand - DBV) and the Agricultural Chamber (Landwirschafts-kammern). The French agricultural is ried today as the goverment concern, and it is the goverment that plays a significant part in its development. That is why the agricultural policy is considered as the art. Of governing the country, and the basic questinons are those that are related to the farmers political attitudes and the place their organizations occupy. Agricultural policy is astimated at agriculture, but it is estimated not from the point of view of the welfare of the farmers, but above all it is seen in the global economic, political and social perspective. It is the point of view of the state, and not syndicalist viewing of agricultural policy, which is just one of the frelds of the country's management. In France, in addition to agicultural chambers, tchere are trade unions, agricultural organizations associated in the National Conference of Mutual Assurance, Cooperative Associations and Credit (CNMCCA) that is in credit, cooperative and insurance organizations.
