The land playes an important basic means of agricultural production as well as fulfil function of the soil-agricultural environment. Differetiation of soil factors in Poland influence on differentiation of the teritorial agricultural production. At present the soil and climatic factors are not favourable for agriculture. In the future will exist tendency to fall out the poor soils from agricultural production. In the countries with market economy the land has high value what is reflected in prices. In Poland due to not very clear agricultural policy structural changes and high unenployment in agriculture and other factors the turnover with the land is restricted. Low profit from agricultural production, liquidation of state farms resulted low prices of land. After introduction some liberalization of marked land, simplification procedure for land market the land is constantly treated as a capital of particular socioeconomical and patriotical value.
