Abstrakty

W artykule zawarto analizę wydatków na ochronę zdrowia, ponoszonych przez różne typy gospodarstw domowych w Polsce w latach 1995-2002. Określono udział wydatków na ochronę zdrowia w wydatkach ogółem, przypadających na 1 osobę oraz tempo wzrostu wydatków na ochronę zdrowia. Przeanalizowano także, w obrębie wydatków na ochronę zdrowia: wydatki na zakup leków i na usługi medyczne. Dla gospodarstw domowych pracowników oraz emerytów i rencistów zbadano dodatkowo udział wydatków na ochronę zdrowia w wydatkach ogółem, ponoszonych przez najbogatszych i najuboższych.

The aim of this study - based on the research of households' budgets conducted by GUS (Central Statistical Office) - was the share analysis of health-care expenditures in all types of expenditures in Polish households in years 1995-2002. The authors analysed also: the changes of this share over the years and the dynamics of these changes. Special note was taken of, prevailing in the Polish society, pensioners' and employees' households by analysis of the expenditures on health care in the group of the richest (20% of population of the highest income) and the poorest (20% of population of the lowest income) households. The authors tried to explain the reasons for the rise of health-care expenditures in all types of householders' spendings and the diverse pace of annual growth of these expenditures for different types of households.
