Abstrakty

Przedstawiono najważniejsze założenia i twierdzenia ewolucyjnej teorii firmy przy zastrzeżeniu, że znajduje się ona w stanie rozwoju. Cel ten jest uzasadniony także tym, że w polskiej literaturze ta problematyka jest poruszana bardzo rzadko i marginalnie, najczęściej na tle omawiania szkoły ewolucji w ekonomii.

The paper presents the evolutionary theory of the firm as one of lastly emerging among partial theories of the firm. The author points to the strong relation between this theory and the evolutionary economy as well as to the importance of routines in this theory. (original abstract)
