Zaprezentowano zarys trzech kierunków badań nad rozwojem zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi: 1) koncentruje się na ukazaniu etapów tworzenia nowych koncepcji i różnic między nimi; 2) opiera się na poszukiwaniu zmian w koncepcjach poszczególnych praktyk - funkcji; 3) polega na śledzeniu relacji pomiędzy różnymi koncepcjami, które dyskutują ze sobą. Wskazano na możliwość holistycznego ujęcia problematyki rozwoju zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi i przedstawiono sposoby prezentacji takiego ujęcia. Przedstawiono także propozycję ogólnego schematu rozwoju zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi.

An outline of three research topics on the development of the personnel management: 1st is concentrated on portraying stages of creating new conceptions and differences between them; 2nd seeks changes in the conceptions of individual practices - the function; 3rd consists of keeping up with the report between different conceptions which are correlating. The possibility of holistic problem approach to the development of the personnel management was pointed out, and ways to present such approach were described. Also, the general outline proposal of the personnel management development was described. (AT)
