Abstrakty
Podjęto problematykę skuteczności polityki gospodarczej i pokazano miejsce keynesizmu w nowoczesnej metodologii.
EN
Social costs of fluctuations were discussed. Existing theories of the trade cycle and their inapplicability of understanding by the trade cycle decision-makers were described. An alternative approach towards the occurrence of the trade cycle, which fulfills the modern methodological requirement, was presented. The issues of the economic policy effectiveness were presented and a place of the Keynesian Theory in the modern methodology was shown. Also, the problem of the unemployment which can be a result of fully rational actions of the business entities and the lack of the balance on some markets were brought up. (AT)
