The purpose of this publication is the economic and psychological analyzes of ownership categories and ownership rights. The considerations focus on the ownership influence on business management process, particularly on the relationships: owners - business managers. The author exposes all limitations and shortcomings of the ownership rights in case of corporations.(original abstract)
