Polityka pieniężna w krajach UE-8 w okresie poakcesyjnym

Abstrakty

W opracowaniu przedstawione zostaną zmiany w obszarze polityki monetarnej, jakie miały miejsce po roku 2004 w Czechach, Polsce i Słowenii, na Słowacji i Węgrzech oraz w krajach nadbałtyckich. Państwa UE-8 zostaną scharakteryzowane w 3 grupach - w zależności od etapu, na jakim są w drodze do wspólnej waluty. Zakres czasowy opracowania obejmuje lata 2005-2008. Należy także zaznaczyć, że od drugiej połowy 2007 roku, polityka pieniężna prowadzona jest w warunkach zaburzeń na rynkach finansowych, co niejednokrotnie zmusza decydentów do uruchomienia specjalnych narzędzi. The changes in the area of the monetary policy which took place after 2004 in Czech Republic, Poland and Slovenia, Slovakia, Hungary and in Baltic states were described in the following study. UE8 states were characterised in 3 groups - depending on the stage, on which they are on its way to adopt common currency. The temporal scope of the study includes years 2005 - 2008. One should also emphasize, that from the second-half of 2007, the monetary policy is being conducted in conditions of aberrations of financial markets, which in many instances forces decision-makers to implement special tools.
