Abstrakty

W artykule przedstawiono problematykę przyszłego rozwoju Europy oraz ich finansowania. Skupiono się na pogłębianiu dotychczasowego procesu integracji gospodarczej Unii Europejskiej w kierunku integracji politycznej. Omówiono integrację europejską po drugiej wojnie światowej, Układ Rzymski, Układ z Maastricht oraz Europejską Unię Gospodarczą i Walutową.

The article presents a historical outline of European integration after 2 World War with special emphasis on economic, monetary, financial and political issues. Attention was paid to the rules and sources of financing the shared European policies. The necessity of starting a savings syndrome in the EU was stressed as well as financial results of the EU accepting further countries with low gross national product. The article presents the perspectives of the European integration from the point of view of "the budget blocade". (original abstract)
