Abstrakty
This paper describes the history of investments in agriculture and importance of agricultural sector in present life. Traditionally, in agriculture there are two different kinds of capital: the land capital and the agrarian capital. The land capital concerns the land and all the capital assets we can find on it, better known as land improvements; the agrarian capital, on the other hand, refers to all those movable factors that are necessary for a farm to carry out the cycle of production. When it comes to investments in agriculture we can use financial analysis to evaluate the profitability of an investment and its capacity to increase the economic operator profit. (A.T.)
W artykule opisano historię inwestycji w rolnictwo i znaczenie sektora rolniczego w obecnym życiu. Tradycyjnie w rolnictwie ma się do czynienia z dwoma rodzajami kapitału: nieruchomym kapitałem materialnym i kapitałem ruchomym. Wartość gruntu i wszystkich nieruchomości, które się na nim znajdują tworzą majątek nieruchomy; za to "kapitał ruchomy" odnosi się do wszystkich ruchomych czynników, które są niezbędne w gospodarstwie aby realizować cykl produkcyjny. Jeśli chodzi o inwestycje w rolnictwo możemy używać analizy finansowej by ocenić dochodowość inwestycji i możliwość ich wpływu na zysk osób zaangażowanych w inwestycje. (A.T.)
