Artykuł wskazuje na ewolucyjne podstawy kluczowych dla zarządzania procesów: kierowania, przywództwa i sprawowania władzy, komunikacji, konfliktu i kooperacji. Stanowi próbę wykorzystania paradygmatu ewolucjonistycznego w nauce zarządzania, integrując ją w ten sposób z innymi dyscyplinami naukowymi na płaszczyźnie opisu uniwersalnego behawioru człowieka. The article describes implications of contemporary concept of evolution for social sciences especially for management. I hope that thanks to Darwinian inspirations we will be able to better explain human behaviour in organizations. An undisputable value of the newly discovered evolutionist paradigm its universalism, for it serves as a coherent frame for the description of man's behaviour regardless of belonging to different disciplinary discourses. Evolutionist inspirations also have interdisciplinary character giving birth to new research areas joining psychological, sociological, anthropological disciplines, IT technologies, cognitivism, neuroscience, biology with management sciences. The application of the latest discoveries in research of brain and behaviour, sophisticated mathematical apparatus and creative associations of interpretations derived from different sciences allow to develop research on a scale that has not been applied in social sciences which so far were restricted to the methodology of indirect research. It seems then that management, as well as other social sciences, is facing an opportunity to understand „human nature" which we can find in many fields of interest of our discipline. Processes of management, leader-ship, executing power, communication, conflict and cooperation cannot be explained without referring to evolutionism. (original abstract)
