Abstrakty

W artykule scharakteryzowano model doskonałości CAF, omówiono aktualny stan prac nad doskonaleniem jakości (poziomy dojrzałości systemów według ISO 9004 i wyniki ocen przeprowadzanych zgodnie z kryteriami modelu). Porównano także znormalizowane systemy zarządzania jakością z założeniem modelu CAF oraz określono warunki i możliwości implementacji modelu powszechnej oceny. (abstrakt oryginalny)

The main purpose of this article is the determination of the possibilities of the CAF model implementation in public administration organizations. In order to achieve this objective, the author has analyzed the available literature and research results, and has conducted his own surveys in public administration offices in the Śląskie and Małopolskie Provinces. The author compares two criteria of the CAF model with quality systems and identifies the conditions for the CAF model implementation. The surveys were conducted in offices which had already implemented the ISO quality system. The questionnaire of quality system assessment was based on the EFQM criteria and ISO 9004. The surveys were carried out in the years 2007-2008. Eight local administration offices from the Śląskie Province and ten offices from the Małopolskie Province participated in the surveys.
