The Assessment of the Management and Marketing studies by the postgraduates

Abstrakty
W artykule zaprezentowano wyniki badań, które przeprowadzono wśród studentów i absolwentów kierunku zarządzanie i marketing, dotyczących oceny tego kierunku. W badaniach skoncentrowano się na ogólnej ocenie kierunku, jego mocnych i słabych stronach oraz propozycjach zmian, które miałyby podnieść jakość kształcenia. Zapytano też badanych, czy gdyby mieli wybrać ponownie kierunek studiów, byłby to kierunek „zarządzanie i marketing". (abstrakt oryginalny)
The aim of this article was to present the survey results within the Management and Marketing studies assessed by the students and postgraduates. The subject evaluation has been carried out as a survey among 250 students and postgraduates. The survey was composed of multiple choice questions as well as the open ones. The results indicate that the students not only evaluated but also suggested some improvements to help the professors achieve their goals in lecturing. The following fields were taken into consideration: 1) Courses/classes offered by the Management and Marketing university program 2) Subject area of the mentioned major 3) Theoretical and practical applications 4) Lecture methods 5) Lecturers themselves Some of the remarks raised by the questioned students concerning the changes that would improve the efficiency of education seem to be worth more attention and further analysis.
