The purpose of the paper is to conduct the analysis of cognitive usefulness and practical applications of the radical trend of feminism in management sciences. In accordance with the assumptions of epistemology of radical feminism we are not able in our considerations to set free from cultural and biological conditioning. The reflections, although based mainly on American literature, are confronted with Polish organizational practice. Of course, in no way am I able to get rid of the biased thinking about feminism related to my gender. Not ironically, however, I will try to take on a little distance and in spite of being aware of cultural relativism and determinism of sexes, I will try to carry out a balanced assessment of the significance of the idea of radical feminism for management sciences. The considerations refer to the epistemology of radical feminism, where the theoretical consequences of mat orientation for management are derived from and their practical impact on the methodology or organizational research.
