Abstrakty

Artykuł zajmuje się problematyką korzyści i zagrożeń związanych z uczestnictwem w sieci aliansów. Zaprezentowano wzrost znaczenia sieci, korzyści ze współpracy w aspektach teoretyczno-praktycznych, a także główne zagrożenia. Konkluzją artykułu jest stwierdzenie, że sieci aliansów oferują swoim uczestnikom rozmaite korzyści, zależne od wielu czynników, jednakże wiąże się to z różnymi zagrożeniami, szczególnie w fazie funkcjonowania sieci, a także po zakończeniu współpracy. The article deals with the problems of benefits and threats of participation in alliance networks. The growth of networks importance, benefits of cooperation in theoretical and practical aspects, combined with main threats, were presented. The conclusion of the text is that alliance networks can offer their participants a variety of benefits, depending on different factors, which are however combined with significant threats, especially at the stage of network existence and after the end of cooperation.
