Ocena procesów innowacyjnych w Unii Europejskiej

Abstrakty

Coraz częściej wyrażana jest opinia, że innowacja stanowi dla krajów członków UE podstawę trwałego wzrostu gospodarczego oraz poprawy warunków ekonomicznych i społecznych. Przyjmuje się, że polityka pomocy państwa w sferze badań i innowacji, zwłaszcza w sektorze rolno-spożywczym, może przyczynić się do zwiększenia innowacyjności gospodarki. W artykule przedstawiono innowacyjność jako jeden z podstawowych czynników rozwoju, konkurencję na rynku innowacji oraz rozwiązania proponowane przez Komisję Europejską w zakresie udzielania pomocy na rzecz innowacji.
