Abstrakty

W celu zbadania przesłanek i problemów wprowadzania koncepcji controllingowej w małych i średnich przedsiębiorstwach (msp) w Polsce, przeprowadzono badania pilotażowe za pomocą ankiet. Zostały one rozprowadzone do msp głównie za pośrednictwem studentów studiów zaocznych i wieczorowych tam pracujących. Na podstawie uzyskanych wyników, starano się potwierdzić potrzebę i zakres funkcjonalny stosowania controllingowej koncepcji zarządzania w msp nie analizując szczególnych i szczegółowych aspektów controllingu dla różnych typów przedsiębiorstw tej klasy. The article presents premises and problems of the introduction of the controlling conception in small and medium national enterprises. The need of the controlling use in this kind of enterprises has been confirmed basing on achieved results of the questionnaire research and without analysing particular and detailed aspects of controlling for different sub-types of this class enterprises. Basing on the results of the introductory research it can be supposed that there is a need to create different modifications of the elementary controlling model for this class enterprises.
