Abstrakty
Jest udowodnione, że zasoby ludzkie odgrywają najważniejszą rolę we współczesnych przedsiębiorstwach. Coraz więcej uwagi poświęca się społecznemu procesowi interakcji kandydata i reprezentantów organizacji. W tym świetle, w praktyce rekrutacji, potrzebne są nowe trendy w tzw. przyciąganiu przedsiębiorczych ludzi. W artykule zaprezentowano trzy wyraźne ścieżki, według których może być pojmowany proces pozyskiwania.

It is proved that people play the most important role in the contemporary enterprises. More and more attention is paid to ties that are connecting enterprises and people remaining in their environment. In this light, recruitment becomes an important process of management practices. New trends in attracting employees can be seen. Three paths become observable in this particular field. Entrepreneurial people, through their competence and ideas are creating new shape of management. Also new trends influence the way organizations are managed drawing their attention to supporting flexible structures and processes. (original abstract)
