In this paper the author tries to show the rise and structures of complex organizations, as well as tendencies of shaping the organic and management functions and their subsequent consequences to management. He also points out on the main factors which afford possibilities for these changes in their mutual influences in order to archive an increase of the management efficiency. (original abstract)
