Supplier selection processes have received considerable attention in business. Most production systems are organized as networks of units. Determining suitable suppliers in supply chain networks has become a key strategic issue. Supplier-customer relationships are changing into a cooperative form. The impact of information sharing plays a crucial role. The supplier selection problem is a multiple criteria group decision making problem. In the paper a multiple criteria model of cooperative decision making and a solution method based on the combination of ANP and multi-objective programming is presented. The proposed approach considers the network and dynamic environment for supplier selection process and manages relationships among units.

Procesy wyboru dostawcy cieszy się dużym zainteresowaniem w biznesie. Większość systemów produkcyjnych jest uporządkowana jako sieć jednostek. Ustalenie odpowiednich dostawców w łańcuch dostaw stało się jedną z najważniejszych kwestii strategicznych. Stosunki dostawcy-odbiorcy zmieniają się na rzecz kooperacji. Wpływ dzielenia się informacją stanowi decydującą rolę. Problem wyboru dostawcy jest problemem z zakresu wielokryterialnego podejmowania decyzji grupowych. W artykule zostały zaprezentowane: wielokryterialny model wspólnego podejmowania decyzji, metoda rozwiązania problemów oparła na kombinacji ANP i programowanie wieloobiektowe. Proponowane podejście bierze pod uwagę rolę sieci i dynamicznego środowiska przy procesie wyboru dostawcy i zarządza relacjami między jednostkami. (AT)
