Abstrakty

W pracy omówiono rodzaje motywacji oraz czynniki wpływające na motywację według teorii samookreślenia Ryana oraz Deciego, a następnie - uwzględniając elementy teorii zainteresowań rozwiniętej przez tzw. szkołę monachijską - przedstawiono czynniki wpływające na motywację do nauki. W dalszej części zaprezentowano wyniki własnych badań ankietowych, dotyczących problematyki motywacji do nauki w grach kierowniczych. Badania dotyczyły następujących obszarów: 1) poziom motywacji a czynniki kształtujące motywację, 2) poziom motywacji a realizacja celów dydaktycznych.(abstrakt oryginalny)

In the paper the types of motivation as well as the factors influencing motivation - according to the Self-Determination Theory (Ryan & Deci) - are discussed. Basing on this knowledge and on the elements of the Theory of Interests, developed by the group of Munich scientists, the factors influencing the motivation to learn are presented. Furthermore the results of the questionnaire research dealing with the two following problems of motivation to learn in business simulation games are discussed: 1) the level of motivation versus the factors influencing motivation, 2) the level of motivation versus the fulfillment of didactic aims.(original abstract)
