Klaster stanowi koncentracja przedsiębiorstw ze sobą współdziałających w określonym obszarze, ze względu na założony cel, przy współudziale uniwersytetów, organizacji naukowo-badawczych, organizacji samorządowych i innych. W artykule wskazano czynniki sukcesu klastra - na podstawie wyników badań turystycznego klastra z województwa śląskiego Beskidzka 5. Przedstawiono drogę postępowania dla przedsiębiorstw zmierzających do sukcesu rynkowego w sieci. (fragment tekstu)
A cluster is a concentrated group of enterprises which cooperate with each other as they have a common aim and compete in other areas. They receive support from other subjects such as universities, research-development institutes, different associations, other organizations and authorities. A strong connection with a region and indication of the employed tourist traditions are necessary to achieve success,. A connection with authorities enforces a cluster's position and its involved enterprises. At the same time a net of clusters increases its role in a county's development. Help of the European Union and treatment of tourism as attractive for investments will increase the chances for success of the participant enterprises in a cluster. A strong influence of an environment on a cluster and its entrepreneurs can be noticed, not the other way round. Such chanced should be used to enforce strong sides of a cluster. (original abstract)
