Abstrakty

W artykule pozytywnie zweryfikowano założenie, że dominacja motywacji przedsiębiorczej jest uzależniona od faz cyklu koniunkturalnego oraz od przynależności przedsiębiorców. Quasi-przedsiębiorcy są motywowani przez negatywne bodźce z rynku pracy. Przedsiębiorcy właściwi reagują na motywacje pozytywne, wypływające z możliwości biznesowych w czasie cyklu. In the paper the assumption that the dominance of entrepreneurial motivation depends on the phase of business cycle and the membership of entrepreneurs is verified positively. The quasi-entrepreneurs are motivated by negative stimulus from labour market. The proper entrepreneurs react on positive motivation connected with business opportunities during the business cycle.
