Przedmiotem artykułu była nowa koncepcja autentycznego przywództwa i jej związek z dobrostanem pracowników. Artykuł złożony jest z dwóch części teoretycznej, omawiającej wymiary autentycznego przywództwa tj. samoświadomość, transparentność, etyczność/moralność oraz otwartość na informację zwrotną a także empirycznej, prezentującej wyniki badań własnych przeprowadzonych przez autorkę. W badaniach tych uczestniczyło 48 pracowników zatrudnionych w sześciu średnich firmach, którzy za pomocą kwestionariusza ALQ oceniali poziom zachowań autentycznego przywództwa u swoich przełożonych a następnie swój dobrostan (kwestionariusze GHQ-12 i SWLS). Badania wykazały, że istnieje zależność między tymi dwoma zmiennymi. (abstrakt oryginalny)

The subject of the article is authentic leadership and its connection with employees well-being, The article consists with two parts: theoretical one and empirical part. In first part the authoress analyzed four dimensions of authentic leadership: self awareness, transparentivity ethic dealing, openness for a feedback information. The empirical part shoved the results of the research carried out in 6 middle sized enterprises, in which took part 48 participants. They had to fulfill three types of questionnaires (ALQ, GHQ-12 and SWLS). The conclusions were that there statistically significant connections between managers' authentic leadership and employees' well-being. (original abstract)
