Abstrakty
Modele biznesowe powoli przenikają do teorii zarządzania strategicznego. Artykuł zawiera przegląd i analizę wybranych definicji modeli biznesowych, prezentację ich cech oraz analizę - mającą cechy analizy systemowej - relacji występujących między kategoriami: „modele biznesowe" a „strategie zarządzania". W artykule szczególnie podkreślony jest innowacyjny charakter modeli biznesowych i ich nadrzędna rola wobec działań taktycznych i operacyjnych przedsiębiorstwa. (abstrakt oryginalny)
The goal of this article is a critical presentation of the business model concept. A business model is a model of conducting an enterprise focused on buy and sell transactions in the area of production, services and trade. Usually, its character is situational in relation to a particular venture. The article contains a review and analysis of selected definitions of business models, presentation of the features of these models and analysis of the relations between two categories: a business model and management strategy. The article emphasizes the innovative character of the business model concept and its superior role to tactical and operational activities of the company. (original abstract)
