The Influence of Structural Elements of Corporate Social Initiatives on Consumers' Attitudes Toward Such Initiatives
Języki publikacji
Abstrakty
The aim of this paper was to examine an influence of structural elements of corporate social initiatives on consumer attitudes towards such actions. The research was conducted on 194 consumers. The analysis showed that consumers had more positive attitudes towards initiatives that offer complex help then programs which offer the equivalent sum of money. Other elements of social initiatives, such as the fit between a social issue and a company, the duration and the partnership with nonprofit organization didn’t make any significant impact on consumers’ attitudes.
