Abstrakty

W opracowaniu omówiono pojęcie poczucia umiejscowienia kontroli oraz wpływ tego czynnika na proces podejmowania decyzji indywidualnych i zespołowych. Streszczono wyniki wybranych badań dotyczących poczucia umiejscowienia kontroli menedżerów, a następnie zaprezentowano wyniki własnych, wstępnych badań poczucia umiejscowienia kontroli u uczestników symulacyjnych gier kie­rowniczych.(abstrakt oryginalny)
