Abstrakty

Reformy podejmowane w systemach ochrony zdrowia w Europie w końcu XX wieku, przeobrażają struktury organizacyjne i zasady funkcjonowania tych systemów. Z hierarchicznych i silnie zintegrowanych, co do źródeł finansowania oraz metod dostarczania usług zdrowotnych, ewoluują w kierunku rozdzielenia roli świadczeniodawcy/dostawcy i świadczeniobiorcy/płatnika oraz zmiany sposobu dostarczania świadczeń i zarządzania. The reforms undertaken in the health care systems in Europe at the end of 20th century are evidently transforming their organizational structures and principles of functioning. They are evolving from strongly integrated and hierarchic as regards the sources of financing and methods of provision of health services, towards the division of providers and purchaser roles as well as changing the method of delivering medical services and administration. New tools supporting the decision-making processes are also searched for. A fundamental solution that is now appearing is the application of ICT to the management process. (original abstract)
