W artykule przedstawiono możliwe propozycje rozwiązania problemu zagwarantowania udziału w kapitale własnym w momencie zakończenia inwestycji. Spośród wielu możliwych propozycji wybrano dwie skrajne: a)jednoczesne objęcie akcji i obligacji oraz b) objęcie obligacji (tj. długu podporządkowanego) wraz z warrantami. (fragment tekstu)
