Abstrakty
Niniejszy artykuł poświęcony jest innowacyjnym metodom ograniczania szarej strefy w krajach Unii Europejskiej. Zaprezentowano wybrane najciekawsze przykłady zastosowanych lub projektowanych rozwiązań. Rozwiązania te podzielono na grupy tj.: redukcje i zmiany w systemie podatkowym, redukcje obciążeń administracyjnych, upraszczania i harmonizacja zasad zatrudnienia, tworzenie nowych instytucji prawnych lub schematów biznesowych, które konkurowałyby z pracą niedeklarowaną.
The paper presents several cases of good practices’ in combating unregistered employment in number of the EU countries and ends with conclusions indicating possible ways of turning unregistered employment into registered one. (original abstract)
