W artykule omówiono miesięczne wahania kosztów pracy w małym przedsiębiorstwie oraz przedstawiono zmiany udziału kosztów pracy w wartości produkcji gotowej. Zaprezentowano również ekonometryczny miesięczny model kosztów pracy.

Observing the cost of work should result in systematic decisions taken to help maintain an enterprise's market competitiveness. Analysing changes in per-employee work costs is of the utmost importance. Large growth in such costs can lead to investment decisions which in turn lead to higher employee efficiency and output. It is also very important to monitor changes in the proportion of work costs to full costs. Unfortunately, this is not always possible in small enterprises due to a dearth of statistical data. This does not, however, rule out alternative solutions. The present work presents statistical and econometric instruments that enable research changes in the costs of work in small enterprises to be measured. Two models are presented: a linear dynamic model of the cost of work calculated per employee and a logit model of the share of work costs in the value of ready production. The research has been carried out using real statistic data, in the form of monthly time ranges. The paper also indicates vital decisions to be taken by companies faced with this group of costs.
