Abstrakty

W pracy omówiono problem finansowania realizacji celów strategicznych i związanej z tym struktury kapitału inwestycyjnego. Przedstawiono ryzyko decyzji finansowych oraz zmienne kontrolowane funkcjonowania organizacji gospodarczej w warunkach obsługi zadłużenia długoterminowego. Opisano przestrzeń ryzyka oraz miary wektora ryzyka decyzji finansowych.

Identifying the threats involved in making financial decisions seems an impossible task when the question of what the risk of taking financial decisions is goes unanswered. Evaluation and measurement of the outcomes of decisions and activities is the essential component of a realisation control process. The measures applied should adequately evaluate the state of risks undertaken, and also describe the dynamics and direction of changes in threats to the goals to be realised. At this stage of the control process, identifying "controlled variables" is necessary. These variables act as very important elements of the risk space construction and are based on the definition of a set of elementary events. This definition relies on the set of controlled variables' measurement results - the sample points' space. The definition of the a field of elementary events' space F; comprising all the potential subsets of the controlled variables is another element of the risk space construction. Function P maps the elements of the F set on real numbers from the [0, 1] closed interval. The mapping defined above is the probability that controlled variables take their values from a certain range. Being an element of probability space (Q, F, P), the risk model is a random vector. This makes it possible to describe the changes of its location in a risk space, caused by changes in its coordinates, and follows from the possibility of measuring the expected values, variances and co-variances of the coordinates, which are controlled variables. In its control phase, the management process is based on confronting the updated risk metrics resulting from the underlying control process with norms adopted. This enables the monitoring of changes of the risk involved in taking a decision in the financial area of an organisation. (original abstract)
