Abstrakty

W artykule omówiono współczesne modele outsourcingu oraz scharakteryzowano offshoring jako konsekwencję modelu pracy na odległość. Przedstawiono korzyści i zagrożenia telepracy oraz opisano outsourcing procesów opartych na wiedzy.

The aim of this article is to identify changes in the application of outsourcing brought about by globalisation and an increasingly complex environment. The authors describe the strategic aspects of business process outsourcing and present a framework model for modern strategies using outsourcing. Furthermore, they discuss the global reach of outsourcing (offshoring) in the context of the results of distance work (telework) and the creation of a new trend - knowledge process outsourcing. The authors present the current benefits and dangers of implementing outsourcing/ offshoring projects in light of research results on global organisations. (original abstract)
