Abstrakty

W niniejszym artykule przedstawiona została jedna z podstawowych technik, opisywanych w literaturze amerykańskiej, umożliwiająca identyfikację czasu tworzenia wartości dla klienta w procesach biznesowych – Time Based Process Mapping (TBPM). (fragment tekstu) Przedstawiono również zastosowanie techniki TBPM do analizy wybranego procesu dydaktycznego na Uniwersytecie Ekonomicznym w Krakowie.

In this article, the author presents Time-Based Process Mapping (TBPM). As a result of its application, it is possible to identify the time taken to create or not to create values within a given process. The author discusses the assumptions and rules for applying TBPM. He presents the stages in the creation of a graph and analysis of a process within TBPM. In the final part of the article, the author attempts to apply TBPM to an analysis of the organisation of a selected didactic process carried out at the University of Economics in Kraków.
