Abstrakty

Celem opracowania jest ukazanie, z jakimi problemami borykają się obecnie europejskie grupy nacisku, a zwłaszcza te, które były do tej pory uważane za skuteczne i wpływowe. W oparciu o wywiady przeprowadzone w Brukseli oraz teoretyczne rozważania, przede wszystkim Ph.C. Schmittera i W. Streecka, dokonana zostanie analiza skuteczności działania jednej grupy nacisku – COPA. Grupa ta reprezentuje interesy farmerów, a więc jest aktywna w sektorze uważanym za bardzo wpływowy, jeśli chodzi o kształtowanie wspólnej polityki rolnej (WPR), na którą Unia Europejska przeznacza niemal połowę wspólnego budżetu.
