Silvestro. Pokazano kluczowe elementy systemu zarządzania jakością oraz ich powiązania niezależnie od typu organizacji.

Models of the comprehensive quality management system contain elements that are closely linked with assurance of quality and areas of the company and its environment that have an influence on quality. There is a series of quality management models in the literature. In the article, the author presents and evaluates selected models. (original abstract)
