Poruszono problem cenzury Internetu. Zwrócono uwagę na jej rolę w domu, w przedsiębiorstwach, a także na scenie międzynarodowej. Dodatkowo przedstawiono głosy sprzeciwu wobec blokady dostępu do Internetu.

Internet is a highway of information and anyone may find everything one is interested in. If we treat Internet as a way of freedom of speech, then we see how desirable and undesirable it is at the same time. Since censorship was used to fight against that freedom from ages, it was just a matter of time to find new ways of censoring the Internet. (original abstract)
