Abstrakty

EN

China, despite the huge economic success, still declares its willingness to continue reforms, in order to increase efficiency. The author tries to explain one of the most important current problems, what is how to improve corporate governance effectiveness of the state-owned enterprises. It is worth to consider why the firms located in the rural areas thrive, and those in the cities suffer a loss. According to the author, explanations must be sought in the theory of agency. Chiny, pomimo ogromnego sukcesu gospodarczego, nadal deklarują chęć kontynuowania reform w celu zwiększenia efektywności. Autor stara się przybliżyć jeden z najważniejszych obecnych problemów, jakim jest poprawa efetywności zarządzania przedsiębiorstwami, które stanowią własność państwa. Zastanawiające jest, że przedsiębiorstwa znajdujące się na obszarach wiejskich prosperują, a te w miastach odnotowują straty. Zdaniem autora, wyjaśnienia należy szukać w teorii agencji.
