Abstrakty

Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie teoretycznych podstaw racjonowania kredytów, a następnie zbadanie jego występowania we Francji w latach 90. XX w. Analizie poddane zostaną również przyczyny niwelacji tego zjawiska na początku XXI wieku, przyczyniające się do rozwoju przedsiębiorczości w tym kraju. (fragment tekstu)

The aim of the paper is to present theoretical frames of credit rationing and to analyse its functioning in French economy of ninties. The paper discusses the causes and mechanism of reaching equilibrium on credit market. It analysis main causes of eliminating the process of credit rationing, which are: taking up part of credit risk by state which resulted in creating guarantee system Sofaris and withdrawing usury rate.
