Abstrakty
W artykule omówiono problemy towarzyszące systemom motywacji ekonomicznej. Opisano niektóre ze zastosowanych rozwiązań praktycznych oraz ich ograniczenia. Zaprezentowano warunki wynagradzania za jakość.
The article discusses some examples of rewarding employees for the quality of their work and products. It presents the conditions of implementing a system based on financial rewards and the limitations of such systems.(original abstract)
