Abstrakty

Celem niniejszego opracowania jest przedstawienie wstępnych wyników przeprowadzonych badań, a w szczególności średnich ocen natężenia pozytywnych zachowań pracowniczych w badanych przedsiębiorstwach. Próba badawcza wynosiła 97 podmiotów, przy czym nie była to liczba ostateczna, bowiem badania prowadzono nadal. Respondentami byli top-menedżerowie (prezesi, dyrektorzy generalni, etc.). Employees' behaviour is undoubtedly the most precious resource, naturally when compliant with the development plans of the organisation. Based on the preliminary results of the research project being carried out, the article presents deliberations on the intensity and scale of growth oriented behaviours of employees in Polish companies. The basis for the research is a new concept emerging in management sciences focusing on positive phenomena and organisational relations. The article, in particular, analyses behaviours connected with aspiration to perfection, self-development, creativity, focus on strong points, cohesion and involvement in company problems. The intensity of behaviours reflecting these attitudes is generally not high in the examined companies. It indicates the necessity of consideration of appropriate actions in the prepared referential model of organisation potential management. (original abstract)
