Abstrakty

Celem niniejszego artykułu jest włączenie się do dyskusji na temat heterarchii. Tezę, że jest to stosunkowo trwała, kolejna po rynkowej i hierarchicznej, forma organizowania działalności gospodarczej można uznać za prawdziwą, jeśli prawdziwe są trzy hipotezy: heterarchia istotnie różni się od obu poprzednich form organizacji działalności gospodarczej, hieterarchia jest wynikiem obiektywnym zmian uwarunkowaniach zewnętrznych funkcjonowania przedsiębiorstw, heterarchia stwarza podstawy do osiągnięcia wyższej efektywności działania firm na rynku niż hierarchia i wyłącznie rynkowa organizacja biznesu. In the paper I am making a thesis that heterarchy is a relatively lasting form of business organisation following the market and hierarchical ones. The paper shows the way of thinking to confirm this thesis. I am testing the thesis through the examination of three theses. 1. Heterarchy significantly differs from previous business organisation forms. 2. Heterarchy results from objective changes in corporate external determinants. 3. Heterarchy forms the basis for higher effectiveness on the market than hierarchy and exclusively market business organisation. The deliberations presented confirm hypotheses and eventually the thesis too. Let me make a reservation though: cooperation is a form requiring a specific social infrastructure, in which the major elements are confidence and social responsibility. Without these elements it may pose a serious threat to the environment and the companies themselves. (original abstract)
