Abstrakty

Stany Zjednoczone przeznaczają ponad 16% PKB na wydatki związane z ochroną zdrowia. Pomimo tego 15% społeczeństwa nie ma dostępu do usług zdrowotnych, ponieważ albo nie ma ubezpieczenia zdrowotnego, albo jest ono niewystarczające. Jedną z istotnych przyczyn jest w tym przypadku powiązanie faktu ubezpieczenia z rynkiem pracy. Plan zaproponowany przez prezydenta Obamę odwołuje się do tego problemu - jego podstawowym celem jest zwiększenie dostępności ubezpieczenia zdrowotnego. (abstrakt oryginalny)

The United States spend more than 16% of GDP on health expenditure. Despite this, 15% society does not have access to health services, either because they do not have health insurance, or it is insufficient. One of the important reasons is, in this case, binding the fact of being insured with the labour market. The plan proposed by President Obama refers to this issue - its primary purpose is to increase the availability of health insurance. (original abstract)
