Abstrakty
Omówiono różne aspekty analizy i modelowania e-negocjacji, do którego zaliczano tradycyjne modelowanie oraz teorię zbiorów rozmytych. Przedstawiono także praktyczny przykład wykorzystujący zastosowanie teorii zbiorów rozmytych.
Informatization of the society and popularization of electronic media unavoidably leads to attributing more and more importance to the techniques of transactions and, in general, to the techniques of making decisions via the Internet. Due to that fact there is an increasing pressure on the most effective possible negotiations processing in the electronic environment. Nowadays preference theories, game theory and multi-criteria programming are widely used in the modeling and analyzing е-negotiations in the wholly formal depiction of mathematics and computer science. However, one should remember that behavioral sciences, such as psychology or even sociology, provide us with the exact description of negotiation processes. They pay more attention to the factors influencing progress and results of е-negotiations, such as: visual aesthetics and interactivity of the websites, attention and patience of the internauts, alternative costs of the time used for negotiating, series of determiners connected with habits and customs of particular negotiators. There are various subjective measures associated with such factors, among other things: reliability, quality, capacity, secrecy, variability, stability and security, which procure many difficulties in the process of their objectivization and quantity presentation. Then it is advised to take note of the fuzzy sets theory, which is an instrument of reliable analysis and modeling such imprecise and ambiguous characteristics. However, any consumer behaviour caused by such characteristics, additionally requires application of the notion 'metarationality', distinct from the traditional concept of rationality.(original abstract)
