Abstrakty

FSSC 22000 to nowy, międzynarodowy standard, który specyfikuje wymagania z zakresu systemu zarządzania bezpieczeństwem żywności. Standard integruje wszystkie składowe systemu ISO 22000 oraz systemu PAS 220. Schemat posiada wsparcie Konfederacji Przemysłu Żywnościowego i Napojów Unii Europejskiej (CIAA) i został zaakceptowany przez Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI). Celem artykułu jest zaprezentowanie struktury, kompleksowości oraz kompatybilności tego standardu z innymi standardami dotyczącymi systemów zarządzania oraz z innymi istniejącymi systemami z zakresu bezpieczeństwa żywnościowego. FSSC 22000 is a new international standard, that specifies the requirements for food safety management system. It integrates all the elements of ISO 22000 Food Safety Management Systems standard and Publicly Available Specification (PAS) 220. The scheme is supported by the Confederation of the Food and Drink Industries of the European Union (CIAA) and has been accepted by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI). The aim of the article is to present the structure, the complexity and compatibility of the standard with other management systems and existing food safety schemes. (original abstract)
