Abstrakty

Artykuł przybliża zagadnienia dotyczące wpływu bliskości międzyorganizacyjnej na realizację procesów tworzenia i wykorzystywania wiedzy w sieciach innowacji. Krytyczny przegląd literatury pozwolił wyłonić rozbieżności w konceptualizacji bliskości oraz operacjonalizacji jej poszczególnych wymiarów. Biorąc pod uwagę cele funkcjonowania sieci innowacji, niebagatelne znaczenie ma optymalizacja poziomu bliskości organizacyjnej, która usprawnia procesy tworzenia i dyfuzji wiedzy oraz stymuluje pozostałe wymiary bliskości międzyorganizacyjnej. The paper presents the problem of proximity influence on processes of knowledge creation and knowledge spillover in an innovation network. The critical literature review has indicated some discrepancies in the field of proximity conceptualization and operationalization of its dimensions. An organizational proximity is significantly important from the perspective of innovation network's objectives. It facilitates the processes of knowledge creation and knowledge spillover and stimulates other proximity dimensions. (original abstract)
