Abstrakty

W artykule omówiono raport Forum Inicjatyw Rozwojowych (FIR)z 2005 roku, dotyczący rozwiązań Wspólnej Polityki Rolnej w kontekście systemu płatności. Według autora konieczna jest zmiana przyjętych przez Unię Europejską założeń w sposobie finansowania gospodarstw rolnych. Szczególnego wsparcia wymagają farmy mniejsze, rodzinne lub usytuowane na trudnych pod uprawy ziemiach, tak aby mogły one konkurować z gospodarstwami lepiej prosperującymi.
