Abstrakty

Poczty narodowe podejmują intensywne działania w celu ciągłego doskonalenia swoich systemów logistycznych, na których oparta jest tradycyjna działalność pocztowa (listy i paczki). Zaprezentowane praktyki poczt Niemiec, Francji i Austrii zostały podparte analizą wpływu tych działań na parametry kluczowe dla efektywności logistyki: zatrudnienie, produktywność personelu, koszty i jakość usług. Wskazano na zależności pomiędzy podejmowanymi działaniami a wielkościami rozpatrywanych parametrów. Wszystkie zmiany przeanalizowano pod kątem polskiego operatora narodowego – Poczty Polskiej – będącej w trakcie długiego procesu modernizacji logistyki. (abstrakt oryginalny)

There are a lot of intensive actions being taken by the national posts in order to continuous improving their logistic systems treated as the base of traditional postal activity (letter items and parcels). Actions of the national posts of Germany, France and Austria which were presented in this article were also supported by analysis of influence of these actions on the key indicators for logistics effectiveness: employment, productivity of staff, costs and quality of services. Relations between presented actions and volumes of considered indicators were also indicated. All of changes were analyzed at the angle of the Polish national operator – Polish Post – which is during the long process of its logistics’ modernization. (original abstract)
