Abstrakty

W artykule zaprezentowano kluczowe dla dokonania oceny niezależności prawnej (formalnej) banków centralnych miary niezależności. Mimo że obecne wyniki badań dotyczące niezależności prawnej charakteryzują się stosunkowo dużym zróżnicowaniem, przedstawione w artykule wnioski badawcze pozostają w większości aktualne w kontekście pomiaru niezależności prawnej banków centralnych na początku wieku XXI. The article presents the key to evaluating the legal (formal) independence of central banks. Although the current findings regarding the legal independence are characterized by a relatively large variation, research findings presented in the article are still up-to-date in the context of measuring the central banks independence at the beginning of the 21st century.
